The experience at Vertu Ford Redditch was good because the customer service was excellant! I bought a Ford Fiesta 1.6L with low milage (used). It was in really good condition and was just what I was looking for. The salesperson Gabriella was outstanding, I can honestly say that I have never experienced such good customer care, she was courteous and really helpful, She ensured that everything I asked to be done regarding the vehicle was completed before I took delivery.
After I took delivery of the car, Gabriella kept in contact with me and sorted out the car manual that was missing when I took delivery of the car and posted it to me.
This was amazing 'follow up' customer service.
