I would not recommend Vertu Ford Newcastle because I would not recommend this dealership based on my recent experience. Within 9 days of purchase, the vehicle developed faults which appear to be worsening, particularly affecting driving and braking. The handling of the situation has been frustrating, with delays in support and initial difficulty in providing a courtesy car, despite the impact on my ability to get to work. Overall, the experience has not met expectations in terms of vehicle quality or customer service.

Vertu Ford Newcastle were great because of the excellent service I received from Duad he went above and beyond nothing was too much bother I could phone him and he always answered or got back to me and explained anything I wanted to know couldn't speak highly enough and to add to this he was not pushy also mice gentleman called Chris and a manager I didn't catch the name a brilliant sales team
