The experience at Vertu Ford Newcastle was fantastic because Lee was exceptionally helpful and friendly, as were the other staff members i interacted with, and they couldn’t do more to help me. They never made me feel stupid even when I felt I was asking very basic questions. Would definitely go back if I ever needed to buy another car.
