My experience at Vertu Ford Morpeth was positive because the salesman, Paul Dickson was excellent. He arranged the test drive, explained the controls and collected me at my home to come to Vertu to collect the car. He was very helpful and was not pushy at all.

I would not recommend Vertu Ford Morpeth because seemed rather unorganised too many simple admin errors and issues coming up at the minute before I was due collection of my vehicle.
I was told just to click on links, send codes for paperwork and not being fully explained to me or given the chance to really read or understand what I was doing. Seemed very rushed.
