I'd definitely recommend Vertu Ford Gloucester to friends and family because the attention to detail was unbeatable by our salesperson Chris Arnold from start to finish. On first contact he made us feel comfortable no question was a stupid question I felt safe in the knowledge I could trust him after all this is a big purchase. He also sent me a video showing a 360• of the car once it was ready for collection even spent the time setting up our phones radio stations etc never had that before. I felt he went above and beyond and an asset to Vertu Gloucester
