My experience at Vertu Ford Durham could have been better because I had to return 4 times to pick up the car as it wasn't ready.

The experience at Vertu Ford Durham was good because the salesman explained everything very well was patient with all our questions gave us 2 test drives to make sure we were comfortable as changed to an automatic car

I'd recommend Vertu Ford Durham because in the last ten years I have bought 6 cars from them, couple had problems but they were sorted swiftly and professionally as expected from a main dealer which I put down to the joys of motoring as it was nothing veryi could of done to avoid them happening.
The whole experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure made easier by the sales team especially Kieron Patterson, that young man is worth his weight in gold i couldn’t honestly go past him for the future purchases a truly professional no pressure salesman that answers any questions you have promptly or he will do his best to find the answer if unsure.
