Vertu Ford Durham staff were good because they were polite and knowledgeable. They have also helped with the problems stated above ( new key and puncture/ valve repair) which will be resolved shortly. The site was clean and tidy. They offered my wife a warm beverage when my son and I had taken the vehicle out for a test drive. All in all, a good experience.

I'd recommend Vertu Ford Durham because they were incredibly helpful, friendly and quick, so that I was driving away in the car within 48 hours of making the initial enquiry. It was an absolute pleasure buying from them and I would highly recommend. I felt the saleswoman went above and beyond to help me, e.g. with the test drive, with switching child car seat.
