I'd recommend Vertu Ford Crewe to anyone because the quality of service was next to none. Alexa helped with all of my queries and explained all the offers of finance and service plans. Although I chose not to got with the extras provided I wasn't made to feel like I had to have them but they were very competitive and she was very thorough in all the details of what I would have purchased if I chose to have them. Felt very relaxed when on the test drive and didn't feel rushed. Genuinely felt like customer comes first. Thank you for everything.

I would recommend salesman Will Cawley as he explained things very well and was not too pushy. He has rang me multiple times to check I am satisfied with my purchase and if I need anything else. He is always personable. It was also nice that the previous salesman who sold me my fiesta also remembered me from 7 years ago.
