I'd recommend Vertu Ford Bromley because they are professional, friendly and helpful, polite and feel safe with the information and expertise they exhibit. I wasn't 100% sure until I spoke to a rep but once I explained what I was looking for and the reasoning behind my options, he was happy to look through, allow me to ask questions and between ourselves find the best vehicle and option that suited me. I generally felt in control and happy throughout the whole process of finding, test driving and purchasing the vehicle along with service plan, warranty and with the choice of suitable extras. Vertu Ford Bromley were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they were very helpful. Gabby was on hand at all times even when she was off and always came back to me. Both her and Steve managed to have the car available for me within a day of deciding to purchase the car. They have since suggested a service plan which I will arrange with them also. The car is lovely and hope it will giv me many years of usage!!
