I was happy with the service at Vertu Ford Bolton because I was left to browse around without any pressure. Stephen came over and introduced himself. I explained I was just looking and I would come and find him when I had finished. He left me to do this and when I couldn’t find any of the vehicles I had previously seen on the website I went and expressed this to him and he was very helpful in helping me locate the vehicles online. From the beginning to the end of the process, Stephen listened and understood exactly what I wanted and helped me to achieve walking away with the car I wanted even though it was in a different location. It is very unusual these days to go anywhere to buy something no matter what it is without being pressured or followed around being watched . My experience buying a car from vertu was an excellent ,smooth , transaction and that was all too the Credit of Stephen Calland in the Bolton Branch.

Vertu Ford Bolton were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they were patient with me. I came to the store distressed as my old car was breaking and I didn’t know what to do. Irquem was attentive and explained everything so thoroughly, he certainly put my mind at ease. Lewis was also great, the teamwork was great to get me a new car sorted. Everything was so efficient.
