I was happy with the service at Vertu Ford Birmingham because I had a great variety of cars to look at. I was given the opportunity to have a look inside several cars and take a test drive of my chosen car before making the decision to purchase it. Mark Selby was incredibly helpful and patient and nothing was too much trouble for him. I have been buying cars from him for probably 30yrs or more and I’ve always gone back to him time and time again because I trust him to go above and beyond the service level I am looking for.

Vertu Ford Birmingham staff were good because mark selby was brilliant and still is to this day even if I ring him up to ask a question about the car I’ve purchased he’s amazing definitely recommend going threw mark
