I had a great experience at Vertu Ford Birmingham because purchasing a car was straightforward with no pressure to buy ‘extras’ that I did not want or weren’t relevant (the car I bought wasn’t a Ford and I live in Somerset, hence not needing a service plan or bringing the car back to Birmingham for servicing !). The sales staff were courteous and informative, answering all my questions. Minor finding on viewing the car is being rectified.

I would not recommend Vertu Ford Birmingham because at the end of the day, you should not have to take the car back twice to sort out issues , when they should have been sorted out prior to completion. Blaming everyone else but themselves. Ridiculous to be honest. Shouldn't have to complain, get the manager involved, to sort out the issues raised
