The staff at Vertu BYD Hartlepool were good because they were very welcoming, friendly, polite staff. Ethan Huntley talked me through everything to do with the car I was looking at. Explained everything in detail so I understood. Was introduced to the sales manager's . A very relaxing experience. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to this garage if I ever decide to buy another car.
