My Iexperience at Vertu BMW Exeter could have been better because as I bought the car from 320 miles away they could have inspected their car much better then they would have seen scratches and a dent on the drivers door. They then could have put it right prior to delivery. I was totally honest with my partexchange which they said was as I’d described. I would not have bought this car knowing the scratches were there and if it can’t be repaired satisfactory then they can have the car back!

Vertu BMW Exeter were helpful because . The whole experience was brilliant my salesman Ben was great very professional too the handover was exciting as well as full filing great car too I highly recommend this garage it's just a shame it's not local to me many thanks to the garage and Ben for my car

I was pleased with Vertu BMW Exeter and would recommend them because the customer service was excellent which made the process of my purchase that much easier to complete. Everything was explained to me in great which made the transition from having had manual cars in the past to a fully automatic car very smooth and uncomplicated.
