I would not recommend Vertu Škoda Derby because I had concerns about my new car. I called the showroom so many times to get through the person who dealt with my purchase. The man never ever phoned or mailed me. Very very disappointing. You are very nice until a purchase is done, after that you show your true service by not responding to mails or calls.
