My experience at Vertu Škoda Derby was memorable because all the front line staff Were helpful, considerate and understanding over a recent used vehicle purchase. When the financial arrangements were complete and I came to collect the car it had been fully valeted and presented in a very clean condition. One minor niggle that I discovered some days later was that the rear nearside electric heated seat was not working and upon investigation found that the electrical connector to the floor pan had broken off. However I put this down to purchasing a used car not a brand new one .It would have been nice to know about this defect . That said Skoda Derby were overall extremley good and fulfilled my needs.
