I was pleased with Vertu Škoda Derby and would recommend them because on the whole the service was good, the car was lovely and I have no complaints about the car except that the door umbrella was missing. I mentioned this to various people on the phone and was assured it would be found and replaced in the car. When the car was delivered I found (after she had gone) that it had not been replaced. She said before she left she would be in touch in the next few days to see how I was getting on with my new car. She never got in touch and I never got my umbrella!
