I'd definitely recommend Vertu Škoda Darlington because The whole experience from beginning to end has blown out of the water any previous experiences I have had in fifty years of buying my private Vehicles. Starting with an easy to navigate webpage where I was able to identify a vehicle which would fulfil our needs. My wife and myself went to the dealership on spec and were greeted with friendly helpful and customer friendly staff . The site itself is clean , tidy and well laid out. We were greeted by the one of the sales team Charmaine MacDonald who was the epitome of care who arranged a viewing of the vehicle I had identified and then a test drive. Charmaine was professional knowledgeable and so helpful guiding us through the purchase process and explaining everything as we went along. The finance manager was equally as helpful explaining the purchase options and assisting us with the completion of the relevant paperwork. We were introduced to the servicing staff as I needed some work carried out on my old vehicle.and the dealership manager introduced himself and took genuine interest. The handover of the new vehicle was exceptional and at the same time, my old vehicle was handed over to my son.In short we were impressed with the whole experience and Charmaine is an asset to the dealership which I would have no hesitation in recommending to my family, friends and any perspective purchasers.
