My experience from the beginning was positive, Ellie was great every step of the way. I've had previous bad experiences when purchasing cars and she was reassuring, thorough and informative and patient with my questions. Went out of her way and even picked me up from work. I'm really happy with the car I got, it's exactly what I needed. The garage as a whole seemed trustworthy and reliable, organised and helpful. I thought it was really nice that the managers made time to come and meet you. So yeh overall great experience, would definitely recommend and go back.
