I was happy with the service at Vansdirect because Lorna my customer care representative always kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle delivery and was a pleasure to deal with as i have bad experiences with other leasing companies previously. I will definitely be in touch when we are looking to purchase another van.

An excellent service from beginning to end. Very professional, competitive, excellent range to choose from. Vans direct kept me in the loop form enquiry, to placing the order, delivery and post delivery. I was very impressed. This is the second time we used Vans Direct.

I'd definitely recommend Vansdirect because it is a good service and the prices are good.

My experience at Vansdirect could have been better because I have been ignored for 3 weeks, on delivery we noticed a dent on a panal and i send a video, i keep following up with them to see if you got my messages but I havent heard anything from you.
