I would not recommend Vansdirect because the van was delivered late at night whilst the offices were closed and the van has scratches on the bumper, faulty paintwork, no radio aerial and no radio (the original sales material included a radio - but was later told that I will have to us e phone as a display to access radio functions). I was also initially told to take the van to a repair centre in my own time for repair. This is my 5th van with vans direct and have never experienced this lack of after sales service before. They have agreed to now collect the van then take it for repair and deliver it back - but I didn't pay for a brand new van to come with scratches at all! There was also a severe lack of communication with no urgency to to remedy the situation.
I'd definitely recommend Vansdirect to friends and family because of the great communication and incredibly efficient people and process. Thanks very much,

I would like to know what refeund i get for a van that did not have any ply lining.
