I would not recommend Vans direct because, I am still waiting for two vans to be delivered to me, VAT has been taken for the two vans and the first payment to the finance company is due to go out on the 22nd of this month, My experience started great with them, but it is going down hill, I ring them and no one is getting back to me, Also I have completed the finance application seven times now, I just want the vans to be delivered and someone to call me back.
