My experience at Vansdirect could have been better because you could have explained that you have no control over the order. You had no information on the delivery date of my van that took over a year to arrive. It later transpired that the order was not placed to the factory for 6 months after I ordered and paid my deposit. Week after week you had no information and then when it arrived I. The UK you had no control over the supplier. After the supplier caused some minor damage to the vehicle it took another 6 weeks to resolve. All in all it has been a terrible experience, your customer service team have no control of the situation and can only parrot what they hear from the supplier. I raised a formal complaint and am still waiting to hear anything.
