Vansdirect

I've now used Vans Direct on numerous occasions and every time they have been pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

My experience at Vansdirect could have been better because ,van was not delivered on day stated,different colour from what ordered !arrived 5 days late! ,wasn’t ply lined as paid and requested! ,got speeding enforcement ticket from Northumbria police for when we had not taken delivery of vehicle!
Complaint made still awaiting a reply and compensation for not being able to use vehicle for over a week,insuring vehicle for 5 days it was not in our possession,but will end up with a fuel voucher as per usual with vans direct
It’s a pity as I will be renewing 5 vans and 2 pick ups in my fleet next year,so due this fiasco will probably not spend £250k with them

Vansdirect were great because it was a very easy process and good price.

I'd endorse Vansdirect because we had no issues and constant contact with updates.
