Vansdirect

My experience at Vansdirect could have been better because; The vehicle we purchased took much longer to be delivered than we had initially be made to beleive. The delivery kept getting put back because of so called safety recalls, which really inconvenienced us because we kept had to keep remaking plans for the business's logistics. This culminated to VansDirect having to offer us a different van, which has now overcomplicated the paperwork for the finance agreement and V5C. VansDirect were not as proactive at keeping us informed on progress with obtaining the van, as I would have hoped and I kept having to chase. Even now I am chasing the revised Finance agreement and V5C for the swapped vehicle. It felt like, as soon as the deposit was paid, we ceased to become a priority. Having said that Mark and Hannah were lovely to speak to, when I did speak to them, maybe just a bit more proactivity required!

I'd recommend Vansdirect to anyone because really good and professional

I was pleased with Vansdirect and would recommend them because it was very easy, convenient and very good there.

I was happy with the service at Vansdirect because they did everything we asked and were helpful... I am still waiting for the safety pack but am hoping that will arrive soon.
