Ben was great and really easy to talk to and deal with. No hard sell with the extra packages that they offer which was a nice change.
The overall process took alot longer than I felt it should have but this was no fault of Ben's. The interior condition of the van could have been presented better as the drivers seat was heavily marked, However the van overall is in great condition and will hopefully serve me for years to come.

My experience at Vanbase Bristol was memorable because Tyler was very helpful and after searching weeks for a vehicle, when the Vivaro appeared on their website, I call and we managed to secure the car within 20 mins and collect the car within 72hours. All finance was processed and confirm on the first day so I knew I could collect the car without any issues.
I travelled down from London and within 90 mins all was completed and I was able to drive back to London with the vehicle.

I would not recommend Vanbase Bristol because they never made us aware that the vehicle did not have a logbook and only 1 key. They were no proactive in getting back to us to make the purchase of the vehicle and the organisation just wasn't there for them.
