I would recommend Vale Motors to friends and family because they were easy to talk to and easy to find. The attitutude of the sales staff was just right, not pushy or obsequious. I would suggest that a full tank of petrol should be standard in any sales deal. it gives the customer that little bit more satisfaction. Having to drive to the nearest petrol station to fill up takes the edge off things a little.

Vale Motors were really helpful and I'd recommend them because excellent customer service. Jake was very helpful, polite, patient and explained all very carefully, never pushy like some care sales persons. Toilets and showroom were so clean. The price of the car I was after was the reason I went here as it was not local to me. But so glad I did.Thank you Jake for all your help I love my little pocket rocket
