I would not recommend V12 Sports and Classics Nelson because the attitude of one of the salesmen in the showroom and the aftersale service of a promise made on purchasing the car hasn’t been fulfilled. The call Center that deal with calls asked me my issue and then placed me on hold for 45 minutes with no explanation or follow up then the line went dead.

The experience at V12 Sports and Classics Nelson was great because of the vast amount of types of cars available. The sales team were happy to answer any of my questions and took the time to discuss payment options plus various other services they offer. In particular my salesman Lewis deserves a mention for his knowledge of the car (BMW) and services on offer including a personal demonstration. He organised the test drive and personally handled the paperwork discussing alternative finance options and after agreeing a price he arranged insurance, tax, documentation and had the car cleaned inside and out before I drove away. A professional service from all the team and I would definately recommend to anyone looking for a reliable car dealership.

I'd endorse V12 Sports and Classics Nelson because of the brilliant customer service from start to finish in particular Rash who was our salesperson. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
