My experience at Thurlow Nunn Luton could have been better because things were promise to be done but wasn’t done and then it is made my problem to get them done. I will lose money doing this because I own my own company and I was lied to on handover. No one got back to me, even though I called and texts, very unhappy.

My experience at Thurlow Nunn Luton could have been better if they had someone there were able to sell commercial vehicles. I was the one that had to check the website whilst on site for availability and ask to see the various vehicles.
Arrived to collect the vehicle to be told after waiting ½hour after my appointment time, that they had dented the door and they would need to repair/exchange the door. So would not be ready for handover. Why wait for the customer to get there. Real shocking service from main dealer.
AVOID.

I would not recommend Thurlow Nunn Luton because they sold me a faulty vehicle with loads of problems and are doing minimal to rectify

I would not recommend Thurlow Nunn Luton because having been sold a vehicle that I subsequently discovered wasn’t road legal (one wheel nut missing on each wheel) and contacting the dealership, not once have they called me. With such a fundamental failure I would have expected to be called back immediately with a resolution. After 3 calls I was helpfully advised to purchase a set of locking wheel nuts which I fitted myself, but I am still waiting for reimbursement. I’m told this will take 3-5 days, but this should have been paid immediately by bank transfer. What annoys me most is the total lack of post sale customer care. Your profit has been banked so no need to make any effort. I would have expected you to be mortified and concerned about such a failure and to be offering compensation, not leaving me to make multiple phone calls.

My experience at Thurlow Nunn Luton could have been better because there is no back up, I was given incorrect or incomplete information. The vehicle is faulty and they have had to take it back and send it to Peugeot. I am now in dispute with them about getting my money back if the vehicle is nor properly repaired. They lied to be about various points re the sale and after sale. They sold me a vehicle which has a serious fault which if they do not replace rather than repair will within months go again costing me thousands. They told me it had complete service stamps, it hasn’t one is missing. They have failed to ring me back when I have contacted them. Disgusting awful service.
