I was pleased with Thurlow Nunn Kings Lynn and would recommend them because the salesperson we saw was very helpful. He searched the garages other sites to see if they had a vehicle suitable for us which they did as we wanted an estate. He then organised getting it to the local site for us to view with no obligation to buy but we would have list our deposit if the vehicle had no problems and we just decided it wasn't for us. We did decide to purchase the vehicle and are very happy with it and the service we received at the garage from the salesman.
I was pleased with Thurlow Nunn Kings Lynn and would recommend them because I am a profoundly deaf customer and Samantha was more than eager to explain everything my mum was with me and she was impressed how clear and honest she was .The car was a year old but it was like picking up a brand new car it was immaculate.
I was happy with the service at Thurlow Nunn Kings Lynn because was seen quickly, friendly staff willing to help nothing was rushed and everything explained to me any questions I asked was answered.
The car is what I was looking for and appears to be in great condition. However, 4 weeks since purchasing it I have not received any written confirmation of the warranty and despite being told it came with 12 months RAC breakdown cover I have received nothing. Three I have emailed the lady I bought it through but my emails have been ignored - it just feels like "we have got your money now so don't care) Have used Thurlow Nunn for over 20 years and bought my previous car through them with no issues at all. Not likely to buy another car from them if this is the new standard. Am now going to purchase breakdown cover as tired of keep chasing and being ignored.
