The Taxi Centre

I'd recommend The Taxi Centre to anyone because Jordan was very friendly and answered all my questions quickly.

The experience at The Taxi Centre was fantastic because the service we received was absolutely first class. This was from the initial enquiry through to delivery of the vehicle.

My experience at The Taxi Centre could have been better because they delivered the vehicle with a defect and I didn’t notice it until the guy delivering it left but I did report it within 20 minutes. It had been driven along the motorway for approx 40 miles and was wet in areas causing me to miss it.


They have offered to fix it but I’ll have e to take it in myself costing me time and money, all because they didn’t do their job properly. There’s also a wrap in the vehicle and it won’t be off for some time.

There was also a tone from Jordan's superiors saying that it was check over my many people and then the mistery scuff appeared. They also want on the day that I had been at them every step of the way through out the process which I can only imagine was because I asked for a meter and a discount because they were selling the vehicle and addons for significantly more than their counterparts in England.

If I could do it again I would save the money and buy from a dealer in England. I’d have saved thousands and got a better service

I found it a pleasant experience dealing with Colin from the Taxi centre. He wasn't pushy and accommodated all my needs. From start to finish everything was explained to me and the communication was excellent
