I'd definitely recommend The Garage at Stanley Mills to friends and family because Tony was very helpful and is a genuinely trustworthy person to deal with. He sent a new parcel shelf for the car within days as promised and also paid for a sensor on the engine to be replaced. Can’t recommend Highly enough!

I'd recommend The Garage at Stanley Mills to anyone because Tony was very welcoming and took the time to explain the car's operation with me.
Shortly after collection, the car overheated so I returned it to the dealership. Not only was Tony very apologetic but undertook to investigate the issue and get it resolved which he did. The car needed a new water pump and the cam & timing belts were replaced at the same time. He then arranged to have the car delivered to me (I live about 300 miles from the dealership) as well as refunding my train fare. This was all done at their expense and without reference to the warranty.
It is easy for good customer service to be delivered when there are no issues, the real mark of professional, good quality customer service is how things are dealt with when problems occur and I cannot fault Tony for this. Great communications throughout; no prevarication and the matter dealt with quickly, promptly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again
