Stoneacre Wigan

I'd recommend Stoneacre Wigan to a friend because staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of cars and finance options are really good to.

I would not recommend Stone acre Wigan because i have left three messages at there reception to ring me regarding the missing service book from the car i have not received any communication from them on this issue either by phone or by email which i left at reception alos. On the the day Dan spent some time inputting my details into there system so there really is no excuse for not contacting me on this.

My experience at Stoneacre Wigan after the purchase of my car on the 10th April 18, there was a few scratches and dents on the body work on two occasions I have had the car booked in and then for me to chase up why they hadn’t turned up to collect my car to be told I forgot (twice) I’m also disappointed with the way I was sold the vehicle, the vehicle didn’t have sat nav to be told the car has sat nav with my lphone which is incorrect, I told the sales person that I was going to see another car at a competitor, which the car stated in the advert to have sat nav for them to advise me not to go and see the car because there a poor company and I won’t get any deal there, l have spoken to Lexus about sat nav and they said I could have sat nav in my car at a cost of £995, I have a few more issues with the car and service I received but sat at home waiting for a call from the sales person which he said would be two minutes but now over an hour.

Stoneacre Wigan were fantastic because you give me support with my first car made sure it's what I can afford and would let me leave unhappy untill the deal was right for me. Stoneacre worked really hard to meet my budget and now have a customer for life and would recommend family and friends. They are very friendly and welcoming staff and hannah did everything possible to get me a good deal and told me it was most important to give me the best deal and made sure I understand everything. new manager is a right bright spark and warm and welcoming and is a all round great person. Thank you stoneacre for helping with my first car and everyone who was involved
