My experience at Stoneacre Chesterfield Volvo could have been better because I felt that once I had paid my money the effort was minimal, I had dealings with a young salesman who did not perform to the standards that I would expect from a main dealer.

My experience at Stoneacre Chesterfield Volvo could have been better because the company completely failed to arrange for my car to be ready for delivery complete with my personnel registration plate as they agreed to do. When I returned from my holiday I contacted the DVLA myself and discovered that Stoneacre had not made any application to the DVLA to process the registration!
