Chris, the sales manager, and Mihai went above and beyond with their outstanding levels of customer service. Even though I didn’t purchase a Lexus, I was still treated with the utmost respect and care—true red carpet treatment! They made everything smooth and easy, patiently guiding me through every step with professionalism and kindness.
A special mention to Dallas, the host, who greeted me at the front desk with the warmest smile and made me feel instantly at ease. He even offered refreshments, which added a lovely personal touch.
