My experience at Stebbings Car Superstore could have been better because the car was not checked over properly, luckily I check the fluids an the oil was not showing on the dipstick
I would not recommend Stebbings Car Superstore because the car had many faults and issues. Cars are clearly not checked or repaired prior to selling.
I'd recommend Stebbings Car Superstore to anyone because the staff were very friendly and helpful. they gave me the opportunity to look around all the cars without pressure just saying they were available if I needed any help. After I decided to purchase a car everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable with all the extras that were offered.
Stebbings Car Superstore staff especially Jake and Charlie were great, really clear communications and easy to deal with. Jake was great at sorting out the paperwork as it wasn't totally straightforward but he was clear and minimal fuss. Charlie dealt with us initially, he was great also again clear information given. Both really lovely and nothing like the stereotypical salesmen. We wouldn't hesitate to go back when we want another car.
