Stebbings Car Superstore were fantastic because Tom was a great help and sorted things out for me and was very professional. I took my car in as one of the lights didnt work and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming and there was such a friendly, positive atmosphere. What we appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure. We were given plenty of time to look, talk things through and make our own decisions. Everything was open and honest, and it didn't have that stereotypical "car salesman" feel at all – which was a massive plus for us!
Jack was fantastic throughout. Super friendly, genuinely funny and just really easy to deal with. He went above and beyond by coming into work on the Sunday so that we could complete the paperwork and take our car home, despite not being 100% himself. Let's just say he'd had a rather eventful few days and had recently made a small personal sacrifice to the cause... Yet he still turned up smiling and somehow managed to make the whole experience hilarious!
Tom and the rest of the team were equally welcoming and helpful, and the whole experience just felt relaxed and genuine.
We travelled four hours to buy our car from Stebbings and it was absolutely worth it. When the time comes to change our car again, Stebbings will genuinely be our first call – and hopefully Jack will have fully recovered by then!
I'd recommend Stebbings Car Superstore because Jack was very helpful while buying my first car. I did not feel pressured to buy and everything was explained to me very well, considering this is my first car purchase and everything is new to me!!
