The experience at Stebbings Car Superstore was good because it went reasonably smoothly as I hoped.
My experience at Stebbings Car Superstore could have been better because the vehicle was not handed over as promised by the salesperson. It was supposed to have a full 12 months MOT but this had not been completed and the hybrid battery was supposed to have been fully charged . I now realise that this had probably not been done as the high voltage battery is defective. I thoroughly regret purchasing this vehicle from Stebbings.
I would highly recommend Stebbings Car Superstore. This is now the second car I’ve bought from them, and I haven’t had any problems with either vehicle. They’re always responsive whenever you raise anything, and the service feels genuinely supportive. A special mention to Dan
