My experience at Stebbings Car Superstore could have been better - there were far too many problems with the vehicle not being as described or things not being explained at the time of purchase. The vehicle was almost £20k so to have so many issues that I had had to complain about was unacceptable from not telling me the log book was missing then getting my title wrong so had to return the log book anyway,, that there was only one key, the parcel shelf was broken and the USB is damaged beyond use so cannot make use of the Apple CarPlay. All very inconvenient and a real disappointment. One issue was resolved after I took the car back but I can’t keep doing this.
Stebbings Car Superstore were really helpful and I'd recommend them because good service all round thanks
