The staff at Stafford Audi were good because very friendly & professional. Nick gave us the info on all the cars but didn’t overload us. He contacted me after we brought the car to see if we have any questions on the car.

I was really happy with the service at Stafford Audi. Sales Executive, Nicholas Birch, look after me every step of the way, from initial enquiry, to completion. When I visited the showroom, Nick and I went out for a good test drive which was more than just a loop round the block so I was able to get a really good feel for the car along the country road and dual carriageways. Nick guided me though all the paperwork, making the whole process quick and easy. I was grateful for the courtesy call a few days after the completion of the sale, to check everything was ok. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick, and Stafford Audi dealership.

Stafford Audi were great because - communication was always timely and I was never kept waiting for a response. There was a certain amount of negotiation but communications where clear and I always knew where I stood and in the end we agreed on a mutually acceptable deal, that i was happy to accept.
