The car was advertised on your website at a discounted price. I was asked to pay a higher price and the paperwork was produced at the higher price.
The car was damaged and the repair was poor and had to be re-done.
The finance rate was increased by 1% over the advertised rate on the website.
The mileage on the paperwork was different to the actual mileage.
The wrong roof bars were ordered/delivered causing delay in fitting.
There was no explanation about the extra gel coat and insurance add on's. We were just charged for everything until we questioned them.
The controls were not explained or demonstrated.
When we first arrived we were passed around as other sales people were expecting or hoping to deal with people who they perceived to be more likely to purchase.
Overall not a good experience and I won't be returning to Snows.
I would not recommend Snows Volvo Winchester because they have lost the v5c, still awaiting for the garage to get in touch about a warranty bit that needs fixing! But they are happy to pester about a form they need back
I would not recommend Snows Volvo Winchester because the sales team are disinterested, distant and never return calls or emails either before or after the car purchase, including the sales manager. Difficult to deal with for a very straight forward cash purchase. Car wasn’t totally checked over and had to take the car back to resolve an issue with the second key that didn’t work on the day of handover. Not a good experience for an approved 1 year old Selekt car. Overall experience was neither personable or pleasant and subtracted from my first purchase of a Volvo.
I would not recommend Snows Volvo Winchester because the car was dirty and had not been cleaned for my first visit. Also, the car was sold with a fault which i was not made aware off.
My experience at Snows Volvo Winchester could have been better because my car should have been serviced prior to me picking it up or I should have been made aware that it hadn't been. I'm quite upset that within a week I had to top up the oil and within 10days the car was saying it needed a service. When I contacted the branch I have been advised of a free service but I still need to get the car to you etc etc.
