The experience at Snows Toyota Exeter was good because Nikki is an exceptionally helpful person. My only criticism of the whole experience is the manual particularly the way to use the navigation system is very obscure. I know we are both old, but we do use computers and smart phones. I had to be rescued by Nikki's video to be able to use the navigation system. She was also very patient and showed no sign of anxiety when she was expected to give me a test drive when I, aged 79 and having never owned a car before and therefore having no "no claims bonus", took to the wheel! She had no way of knowing whether I was competent.. The deal was complicated because we needed to sell our VW California and Nikki went through all the options with us. The VW was the reason we came to Snows because we have always had it serviced just down the road from you. Nikki made sure we had lunch, was patient with my husband's needs and treated his questions with seriousness, you are lucky to have her working for you..
