My experience at Snows Jeep Southampton only complaint was could not understand why I could not pay cash. Nearly didn't buy it as had to use credit/debit card when I took cash with me. Something wrong there

I would not recommend Snows Jeep Southampton because whilst we really like the car, upon collection, we noticed a dent to the bodywork despite being told the car was going into the workshop to touch up a few items. As we'd driven all the way from Bristol to collect, it wasn't worth going home without buying the car. After we arrived home we also noticed a hole in the rear bumper. I was advised by email the car was being sold blemish free, which it turned out not to be.

My experience at Snows Jeep Southampton was memorable because I saw the car online, went to see it, took a drive. O was pleased at how professional the business was and felt confident that the used vehicle I was buying was a safe buy. Very helpful sales lady.
