I would not recommend Smiths Nissan Peterborough because problems with car engine stone chip in window wasnt repaired or not repaired well no service history no wheelnuts no emergency pack

I would not recommend Smiths Nissan Peterborough because despite the car being the car I wanted it wasn't ready at the appointment time, cleaning was rushed and poor. The V5 and warranty were put in a different surname to the invoice so I now have the added aggravation of getting that changed along with any costs it incures, postage and the delay with the V5 may cause an insurance administration charge on a cherished transfer. So overall what started well with a first visit ended poorly when I collected the car.

I would not recommend Smiths Nissan Peterborough because we left and discovered the car looked like it had been rear ended despite the garage ensuring us they had checked the vehicle. We contacted the garage and they would not help us fix the vehicle and have such poor customer service we were left very dissatisfied and have had to bear the cost of repair ourselves.

I would not recommend Smiths Nissan Peterborough because I have contacted this company on several occasions because I was only given one key to my car I was told after some weeks of asking for another key that one was on order but it's been about a month since I was told this and it still have not heard anything about the key. The aftersales service is very poor it seems that once they have sold the car they couldn't give a fig about any of the promises they have given. The only good department in that company is the service department who were very quick and polite in sorting a problem out I had with the car when I purchased it.
