My experience at Sinclair Volkswagen Newport could have been better because, very pleased with the car, but absolutely gutted to find when the V5 document came back I see I am the 3rd owner, when I first enquired about the car I was told it was the garage demonstrator. I only saw the car when I collected it as I live in Kent, and it was all a bit of a rush when I collected the car I did not examine the V5, there was no other paperwork I was told it would come from VW. I was also told that the car had AA breakdown cover but I have no evidence that it has. I was not given a receipt for the £3750.00 deposit I paid before collecting the car and had to request one. So I am not happy,
