I was happy with the service at Sherwoods Peugeot Durham because communication from the salesman from my first enquiry to the end was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. I change my car about every 18 months since the mid 1980,s and this car buying experience was superb due to the salesman Josh Powell and James the manager so much so I’m more than happy to travel over 100 miles to Durham for my mot and service when it is due as well as buying my next car from them.

Sherwoods Peugeot Durham staff were good because they were very helpful, sympathetic and understanding when listening to my conditions

My experience at Sherwoods Peugeot Durham could have been better because it took a while for them to get the ball rolling with my new car, upon arrival they hadn’t even included car mats and the whole process was stressful. They did however deliver my car out of hours free of charge which was very kind and considerate however they lied about things throughout the process and I wouldn’t use them again and would also recommend anyone who asked me to avoid them due to this service.
