My experience at SLM Suzuki Tunbridge Wells was great. I was nervous to take out the car on a test drive having driven the same two cars for 10 years but the sales assistant was reassuring and encouraging. He took time to go through everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. He was efficient with the paperwork in the sales office during the handover and I felt completely satisfied.
My experience at SLM Suzuki Tunbridge Wells was cracking because the customer service was excellent, they were very helpful and friendly, the car is lovely and was handed over in a clean and ready to use state. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and efficient.
