We were very happy with the way Jack Humm dealt with us when we purchased our car. He was polite, friendly and professional. We were very grateful that he managed to get the car ready in time for our holiday abroad, putting in an MOT on the new vehicle the next day. We were disappointed to discover, after our purchase, some paint damage on the bonnet which SLM wouldn't repair. But was our only disappointment.
SLM Nissan Hastings were great from my initial telephone enquiry to viewing the car and then collection. Mark was very informative about the car, especially as it had not arrived at the dealership when I first enquired. When it did, he sent over a quick walk round video which was enough for me to make the decision to travel the 75mins to view. I was not disappointed when viewing/test driving. There were a couple of cosmetic bits that I wanted carried out and Mark had these sorted in time for us to collect a week later. I would highly recommend SLM and would look at buying from them again, hopefully though not anytime soon!!
The experience at SLM Nissan Hastings was great because of a friendly, knowledgeable and clear salesperson (Jack Humm), and a high quality vehicle selected from a wide choice.
