S G Smith Sydenham Volkswagen staff were good because they arranged a speedy test drive of two vehicles, didn't over pressure me and allowed me to buy the car of my choice on the same day. When I was unhappy with the noisy wiper blades they changed them, which would have been a deal breaker if they hadn't and at my request agreed to throw in a boot liner from a similar 2nd hand Polo which made all the difference. Needing the car urgently I did have to spend nearly all day at the dealership while the service and valet clean up was done but they provided coffee, seating and a table and the nearby shops enabled me to get lunch with the bonus of the Lovely gallery across the road. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant on a very wet day and the salesman, Wayne, was both very approachable and professional, inspiring confidence in my purchase. My Polo was very reasonably priced for such a low mileage and S G Smith seem to have the best prices for good second hand VWs for miles around.

He gave a demonstration of its features and answered all of my questions in detail. The car is perfect and I'm really pleased with the service I received from Tim and the car.

S G Smith Sydenham Volkswagen were great because ease of purchase, good salesperson, not pushy, problem with A/C which was dealt with efficiently. Would generally recommend, but the outside of their showroom is a bit depressing and could do with a lick of paint.
