I was happy with the servicI just purchased a 2 year old Volvo XC60 Ultimate from Riverside Wakefield. I was looking for something very specific with regards colour scheme and spec which Riverside had coming into stock.
I was assisted by Oli Bird who was fantastic every step of the way. Oli went and fetched the car from the prep centre so I could view it. We agreed a few minor cosmetic things to be done and a deal was made.
Oli kept me informed every step of the way with interim videos of the car showing the prep work. We traded in 2 cars and Oli came over and collected one from the house 30 miles away. All paperwork was fully completed on time with a seamless handover. The car was beautifully prepared all as agree looking stunning. The lady on reception was very attentive and provided us with coffee and biscuits.
I also had dealings with Jonathan from sales as I wanted to view the car again before handover. Jonathan was very helpful answering all my queries. During this visit I met Paul the sales manager and Lee the service manager. Lee spent time with me explaining the Volvo maintenance schedules etc.
