The experience at Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth was great because I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person than blu. So friendly and helpful and I didn’t feal pressured or forced in any way. Very kind and helpful explaining all the important paperwork to me and never once made me feal out of my depth . I certainly will be recommending my friends and family to his local store. Very bad the way how to talk the two managers,the sale person agree he will give me a free floor matting and £15 petrol on the the I pick up my car.end up no floor matting and only £10 petrol very disappointed!!!

I'd definitely recommend Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth to friends and family because the salesperson was friendly, knowledgable and not at all "pushy".

Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth were fantastic

I would not recommend Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth because we spent £30,000 on a 3 month old Tucson with a deeply scratched media screen that we were assured would be replaced. On collection after paying we noticed that the screen had not been replaced and all they had done was try and polish it out which didn't work, when we questioned why it hadn't been replaced we were told it costs too much ie £3,000. This completely took the shine off the purchasing experience.
