I initially travelled a fair distance to see the car and the sales executive, Peter, was very welcoming and dealt with the whole sales process very professionally. On the day i picked the car up, the presentation of the vehicle was immaculate.

Renault Romford were helpful because the salesman Peter Doerr provided an excellent service throughout. Extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. Would highly recommend to friends and family


I would not recommend Renault Romford because of car parking

I had two experiences with this dealership. The first day visiting the car I knew I wanted to purchase, I was met by the receptionist who didn’t offer us a seat or a drink and we stood for over an hour waiting for the salesperson. When he came over he said they were closing in 5 minutes and we had to make an appointment.
We knew we wanted the car and so we came back the following day and there was a different receptionist on who was very friendly and immediately offered a drink and seat. The two salespeople were very nice and because I knew I was going to purchase, the sale was straight forward and relatively quick.
The car interior wasn’t as clean as I’d have expected. Also, I later found out that the car only had a quick checkover and not a major service like I would have expected when purchasing a car from them.
Overall I’m glad I went back because the second visit was worthwhile, but we were quite turned off by the service on day 1 - I can only assume they thought we weren’t serious buyers.

Renault Romford were really helpful and I'd recommend them because I had very good interaction with the staff, especially with Russell. The part exchange and the finance process was very smooth and was explained to me step by step. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
