I have attempted to contact you to discuss your concerns, but I have been unsuccesful to date. I am aware that there was some frustration regarding a part of the parcel shelf that we ordered directly from BMW, which unfortunately went on 'back order' and took an excessive period of time to arrive. I apologise for the fact that circumstances outside of our control meant that we were unable to source and supply this part sooner. I do hope that the car will bring you many miles of happy motoring. If you would like to discuss this with me further, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.

My experience at Renault Swansea

My experience at Renault Swansea could have been better because after sales service is a disgrace with rude and condescending service staff who tell you that you are basically not telling the truth when you tell them you have been contacted by a member of staff at the branch and were told to bring your car in for them to have a look at it. Then they try to tell you that there is no fault an refuse to listen to what you are telling them (still at service desk. Didn't know they were fully trained and were conversant with every different electrical circuit between vehicles) thought that the same principles applied for all, but must have wasted my engineering degree.

My experience at Renault Swansea

I would not recommend Renault Swansea because I was supposed to pick up the car Weds 5th Feb, this was put in place over a week before. I took a day's annual leave and so did a friend of mine to collect. The night before, I was called to say it wouldn't be ready due to a recall, found out during checks. These checks should have been done days before. I called on the day to enquire at 12:30 and left messages. Over 5hrs later no one called back. I called again at 17:40 and still no answers. Someone called me back just after 18:00. Which is closing, so nothing could be chased.
Very last minute, hardly any contact, wasted a day's annual leave and still no car.
Excuse after excuse and all I got, was the sales person was busy. Too busy to find 5 mins in a day to contact me and at least have the chance of chasing something up.
Also still not received my £99 holding deposit, despite the car being purchased over a week ago now.
Let down, disappointed, poor excuses.
Awful.

My experience at Renault Swansea

I will never buy a vehicle online anymore after this purchase. This is really hard to check all the details of the car. I only forget to ask if the mats are included or not for this less than 1-year-old used car. Then I received the car without mats. The salesman explained that all mats are accessories for either a new or old car and we need to pay for them.

My experience at Renault Swansea

My experience at Renault Swansea could have been better because if the van was ready on the day of collection not waiting for the ply lining to be fitted.Not fitting the dead locks, not sorting the road tax. Then to top it of they arranged for a company to fit the locks at our address in Bristol only to be messed around with the fitting date then when they did turn up it was so late my guy couldn't go to his job. I had to lose production and money due to this with no real concern from the dealer. Due to this I would never recommend them.

I'm sorry that the experience did not go smoothly as planned by us, in relation to your accessories we were let down by a 3rd party supplier who did not stick to the time frame that we supplied him for fitment.
