My experience at R W Sports And Prestige Ltd could have been better because the salesman did not give all his attention and was even on the phone on the test drive

I would not recommend R W Sports And Prestige Ltd because they sold me a car with a faulty gearbox and are refusing to take the car back even though I only bought it few days ago and under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 I should be able to return it and get my money back. I will be issuing a claim against them in the county court for recovery of the money.

My experience at R W Sports And Prestige Ltd could have been better because they just seem to wash their hands of me as soon as they got paid. I’m in the situation where I depend on a vehicle to get me around to get me to work the fact that this vehicle clapped out within 14 days of me purchasing it didn’t seem to matter to RW sports and prestige. I will never purchase a car from the dealership again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
