Peter Vardy Land Rover Aberdeen

My experience at Peter Vardy Land Rover Aberdeen could have been better Dealership cancelled delivery of my new vehicle two days before delivery. They informed me they had sold the vehicle twice. This was the culmination of a thoroughly woeful unprofessional service from every touch point. A telephony service that cuts you off continually. Salesmen that are unable to carry out the basics of their role, examples as don’t return calls, send e mails rather than speak in person, unable to check if a car has been sold or not, get the price of the car wrong three time’s and e mail you saying the price has gone up. Take two days to come back to you with regards to a part ex price in which time vehicles are no longer available. Managers that take responsibility initially, offer to honour price originally set for the car, take admin fee off and send new car invoice. Deposit paid, private plate on part ex put on retention, arrangements for collection made. Same manager rings two days before collection of car costing over £50,000 pounds saying won’t be delivering car as it’s been sold twice. He G and his manger DT state sorry nothing they can do !! Whole episode cost me over £1000 more having to source a vehicle from another dealership. When asked for a goodwill gesture or a contribution to the additional cost based on the utter incompetence of the dealership. Answer a firm No. I find it really difficult to believe that this dealership saved its poor service just for me and call into question how it purports to have anything near a 5 star rating, something I heard numerous times whilst holding to get through to speaking to somebody. I strongly recommend giving this dealership a miss.

I would recommend Peter Vardy Land Rover Aberdeen to friends and family because Both Dhruv & Graham have been fantastic from start to finish, being in sales role myself customers don't always see the value or appreciate the efforts that go into making everything run smoothly therefore I would like to take the opportunity to thank them both for making our purchase special and an enjoyable experience. Both Dhruv & Graham were extremely patient they listened to our specific needs and requirements and guided us through the whole process and nothing was too much bother for them. Overall we couldn't be more satisfied we absolutely love our new car and would 100% recommend to our friends and family.

The staff at Peter Vardy Land Rover Aberdeen were good because there was no sales pressure. Only when I enquired did they get the ball rolling.The salesman was very professional and knew his product.The deal given to me was very competitive, so I was hooked.After a thorough check over the car was delivered to me on time. I live 120 miles from the dealership, so this saved me the effort to go back to Aberdeen for the exchange.This is my 3rd Peter Vardy car in the last 4 years, so they must be doing something right! I also got a cracking 4 year service plan which was part of a promotion.
So you can say I’m fully satisfied.Finally a special word for Paul Paxton who guided me through the whole transaction effortlessly. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.
