He is a pleasure to deal with, he manages expectations, listens to what your requirements are and builds a proposal around that, he doesn't over promise and he is always available to discuss any concerns you have either before or after taking delivery of the vehicle. Ross is the main driver in my dealings with the dealership.
In addition I would like to mention Valentino, who was responsible for the vehicle handover, he was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable on the car and very patient. He is a valuable addition to the team.
The experience at Peter Vardy BMW Edinburgh was good because the sales person 'Ali' was very helpful although there was a delay in receiving the car which made me lose a days work and also the paperwork was very slow in coming through after my purchase and receipt of car. Ali did do everything he possibly could to amend the situation even though the situations should not have arisen in the first place
