I would not recommend Perrys Retford because of the amount of time to prepare a vehicle which as is insane would be road worthy at the very least.
I opted to walk away from the agreement 10days after making the initial contact

My experience at Perrys Retford

My experience at Perrys Retford could have been better because:
- Car had exterior marks on it and salesman wouldn’t offer smart repair on them
- £349 added to invoice without asking for Paint Protection (even though marks on paintwork won’t be repaired!)
- Salesman tried getting me to have finance over a shorter term compared to my bank loan quote and took 3 times to say no for him to stop asking
- Dealership presentation looks worse than a back street garage
- Asked many times for service history but wouldn’t let me know it
- Never explained warranty process and terms
- Owned car 6 days and engine management light came on and broke down 100 mile from home, got told to just find nearest garage to repair
- My own garage has looked at car and found battery held on with cable tie, rear wiper split, front headlight lenses Hazy, air intake trunking completely insecure - also got knocking from front suspension which still needs sorting (unsure to make Perry’s Retford aware as lost trust in them).

My experience at Perrys Retford

I would unfortunately not recommend Perrys Retford because of the absolute lack of aftercare, once you're off the forecourt they care exceptionally little about the issues with the vehicle, i am currently on my 24th day of waiting for ANY of my several issues that were raised within a day of taking the vehicle to be resolved, the lack of contact and lack of action has made me loose all faith in them, i hope they can get the issues rectified so i don't have to have any more dealings with them.

My experience at Perrys Retford

I would not recommend Perrys Retford because I have had numerous issues regarding paperwork. Number plates and mechanical repairs which were supposed to be completed before collection of the vehicle.
Now have a fault with the car so am going to be without my vehicle after just 3 weeks of purchase

My experience at Perrys Retford

My experience at Perrys Retford could have been better. The advert published features that were not included on the car. Due to social distancing, I was not offered the opportunity to look over the car before driving away. When I mentioned about the missing features from the advert, I was only offered a gesture of goodwill in return which I am yet to receive over a month later. I have emailed the dealership and have received no response.

My experience at Perrys Retford could have been better because the car came with a broken clutch repaired then oil leak yesterday so now back with them literally they have the car more than I have and I still have the finance payment to make at the end of buying a new car is supposed to be a happy time and I would expect more from a national garage who are part of Ford:
