My experience at Perrys Milton Keynes Peugeot could have been better because I was made to feel second best as I was buying a used car. No signage to Used Cars department, so I found myself in the new sales department. What a difference when I was directed to the correct department. Timing was very poor and I was waiting ages for someone to attend to me. Plush chairs in the new sales dept, canteen chairs in the Used Cars dept! When I came to pick the car up, I had to wait 20 mins past my appointment time; he was too busy trying to sell a car to another customer. He should have left him for a second while he came and explained that he would be with me as soon as he could. Very poor service; very different from my previous two purchases from there of a new car!
