My experience at Perrys Burnley Vauxhall could have been better because the car was sold with mechanical faults mothers head gasket went 6 days after collecting the car. The car was very dirty inside, the seats were damp and I didn’t really get given any information on the service history and last mot. The collection was also delayed for a week due to the previous finance still being linked. I’ve had some friendly and helpful phone calls back and forth and appreciate that element a lot however overall I’ve had a car 6 days and I’m being told it’ll be a good 4-6 weeks before I can get it back. This is a fault that the AA assured me would have been picked up if a proper health check was completed before sale/ collection so it was all unnecessary stress for me.
