My experience at Perrys Burnley Kia was cracking because Kieran and Will, were super helpful and friendly. Kieran made sure we were totally happy with the vehicle, the paperwork and helped us start the process to swop our cherished plate over to the new car. The only read we shan’t use Perrys for servicing is that we live in North Northumberland.

My experience at Perrys Burnley Kia could have been better because I picked the car up, on the drive home I noticed the windscreen has 2 chips in the wipe zone. I have contacted Perrys Burnley on 7 occasions, I was told they had ordered a replacement on the 27th August, the delivery would take 3-5 days. This was 2 weeks ago, I have text today and phoned, no response from the text, been told that Alex and Kieran are not available. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and still no resolution. The car should have been inspected and safety checked before collection.
