The experience at Perrys Burnley Kia was good because the sales person Michael was very good, took us for test drives.when the car was ready to be picked up. Out side the car still had green moss on from when it was picked up from the previous owner, Michael said fetch it back tomorrow which we did, waited over 1 hour Michael sent it back as not cleaned up to standard. Another hour it came back not cleaned properly green moss still all over the roof Michael said he was very sorry the only thing we could do is report it when we get a email. We took it to a car wash where they made a decent job of it

Perrys Burnley Kia were really helpful but they delayed my departure with the car by trying to save a few £ phaffing around with me paying using my debit card which was pre authorised by the bank. I ended up doing a bank transfer for some and the rest on my debit card. It just got a bit messy and added 45 mins to the experience.
