My experience at Pentagon Sheffield Parkway could have been better because the Volvo Voice ID on call was not reset and despite contacting Parkway three times I ended up going to a Volvo dealer to sort. Also the car was scuffed prior to taking ownership but I didn't notice as we had't had a proper look on around the car. Again after calling to discuss was advised I would be called back to get it sorted, still waiting for that call over a week later, so I have arranged to sort myself.

Pentagon Sheffield Parkway were helpful because everything was explained clearly, they were very responsive and me and my family were looked after. I got exactly the car I wanted.

Pentagon Sheffield Parkway were great because - the sales person was extremely patient with my queries, was knowledgeable, courteous, and took time to explain all aspects of the deal. I would give him 5 stars out of 5!
