I would not recommend Park's Toyota Carlisle because, while staff were friendly and polite, the overall customer experience was poor. Before collecting the car, I asked a couple of questions (one about its history and one about a luggage net) but received no response. On collection day, despite calling ahead of arrival, I was made to wait at Carlisle station and then made to wait again at the dealership for my salesperson despite having an appointment. On inspection, the condition of the car's bodywork was poor. Despite being told that the car would be 'detailed', there were significant scratches and swirl marks on the paintwork. These were mostly dealt with after I pointed them out (apart from a couple of scratches that I only noticed subsequently, and which I've had repaired at another dealership at my own expense), but I should not have had to point out these faults. The various delays meant that I departed much later than planned for my long journey home. Overall, I was looking forward to collection day, but instead I found the experience stressful and disappointing.
The experience at Park's Toyota Carlisle was good because of the friendly people and used the dealership for a good few years before
I'd definitely recommend Park's Toyota Carlisle to friends and family because I have had several Toyota's most from Parks always had excelent service and cant knock the sales man 10 out of 10 for all the staff. keep it up.
